Choosing a Proposal

When the quote window has ended, you will receive an email notification that you may choose the winning proposal. You can view these quotes by clicking the Ready for Awarding link in the Project Manager: RFQs menu. Each project that closed and has proposals is listed here; including title, any questions that have been asked about the project, and quotes the project has received. Click on the project that you are interested in to view the project details.

Beneath the description, there is an area for questions, and at the bottom you can see the quotes that you have received.

When you have decided on a User to complete the work, you may select the button at the right of each proposal marked Accept This Quote. You will be asked to confirm this choice to ensure that you have selected the correct User proposal. Once a proposal has been accepted, CompositeRFQ will automatically notify the Users of the decision. At this point, you and the User you have selected will be given each other’s contact information, and you will be able to complete your project.
