To ensure this, all RFQ submissions and questions are approved for content, and modified if necessary to remove specific contact information before they become available to the general community.

How do watches work?

Watches are your way of keeping track of items of particular importance to you. For instance, if you would like to keep an eye on a project that you are interested in, simply click the "add to watch" link visible on the Project Details page. Now, anytime you want to locate that project for any reason, simply open your "My Watches" page. Here, any item you are watching can be easily located.

Adding a watch:

1. Login.
2. Locate the project you are interested in watching.
3. Click the "add watch" link in the Project Detail page.

Removing a watch:

1. Login.
2. Open "My Watches" by clicking the corresponding link on the main menu.
3. Locate the project that you want to remove the watch from and open the item by clicking its title.
4. Click the "remove watch" link.

How do I modify my user information?

To make changes to any of your user information, such as your name, address, phone number, email address, etc., please follow these steps:

1. Login.
2. Open "Account Information" by clicking the corresponding link on the main menu.
3. Click the "modify" link in the "User Details" section of the page.
4. Make your required changes.
5. Save your changes.

How do I modify my login name or password?

To make changes to your login name and/or password, please follow these steps:

1. Login.
2. Open "Account Information" by clicking the corresponding link on the main menu.
3. Click the "modify login info" link in the "User Details" section of the page.
4. Make your required changes.
5. Save your changes.

What is a Targeted Project?

By paying an upgrade fee, Buyers may direct CompositeRFQ to directly email details of your project to Suppliers specializing in the specific composite work needed. By actively promoting your project, you attract more Suppliers to the project. With more quotes, buyers tend to realize better prices and have more award options.

What is an Expanded Project?

CompositeRFQ Suppliers pay a membership fee to quote on certain value contracts. By paying an upgrade fee, Buyers may expand the pool of available Suppliers, even those who have already met their available quota, which brings more quotes to your door. With more quotes, buyers tend to realize better prices and have more award options.

How much will it cost me to use CompositeRFQ.com?

There is no cost for you to post a project for Users to quote on. At your discretion, you may choose to pay upgrade fees to more directly promote your project, or to expand the available pool of Users who may quote.

How do I post a project?

To post your project and begin receiving quotes, please follow these steps:

1. Log in
2. From the main menu, click the "Post a New Project" link.
3. Follow the remaining steps presented by the website.

How do I modify my profile's membership level?

You may upgrade the membership level of your provider profiles at any time. If you are upgrading during a billing period, for the remainder of that billing period your charges will be pro-rated. Any increases to your membership level must remain in effect for 90 days before downgrading.

1. Login.
2. Open "Membership Plan" by clicking the corresponding link on the main menu.
3. At the bottom of the page, you will find "Update Membership."
4. Make your required changes to the membership level.
5. Save your changes.
6. Follow the remaining steps presented by the website.

We provide a single location where business from around the world can post composites projects that are readily available for your quotes.

How do customers contact me?

Buyers post projects to attract interested service providers, which are available for you to examine. You may also receive email announcements from us on their behalf alerting you to the projects they post. If you have any questions about the project, you may post a Question in the RFQ. If the Buyer has any questions about the bids you submit, they may also post a Question for you. Once the Buyer has selected your bid to complete the work, you each will be given each other's direct contact information.

Are there any rules concerning asking questions?

CompositeRFQ requires that all communications between Users remains anonymous until the Buyer has selected a specific user for a project. To ensure this, all questions (and subsequent answers) are approved for content, and modified if necessary to remove specific contact information before they become available to the general community.

How do I cancel my account?

To cancel your account, you only need to send us an email. Upon receipt, you will be removed from future billing.

Of course, we don't want you to cancel your account, but sometimes it is necessary. However, if you do choose to cancel, please remember that you can reactivate at any point in the future. If there is anything we can do to improve our service, or if you would like to offer us an explanation regarding your decision to deactivate, please contact us. We are always working to improve our service and would appreciate your feedback.

How much will it cost for me to use CompositeRFQ.com?

Our services are free for Users to post their projects. How much it costs you depends on how much you use us. We charge a $150/month fee to cover operating costs, which allows you to quote on 10 projects per month, up to a $50,000 value. You may purchase additional quote packages to allow you to quote on more projects, or on projects of higher potential value.

What is a "Pitch"?

A "Pitch" is a generic name for a proposal to a User. Every month your membership entitles you to an allotment of possible proposals through the CompositeRFQ system. The number of Pitches used in a proposal depends on the value of your proposal.

$0 – $50,000	1 Pitch
$50,001 – $100,000	2 Pitches
$100,001 – $150,000	3 Pitches

Pitches not used in the course of a month do not accumulate.
