Tour: Project Manager
<< Return to CompositeRFQ Help: ToursThe Project Manager is the central hub for dealing with quotes and RFQs. This automatically displays when you log into CompositeRFQ.com, and can also be reached by clicking the My Projects link in the Summary menu at the left of the screen.
There are a great number of viewing options available, depending on what information you are interested in viewing. The first grouping offers choices relating to either RFQs that you have posted, or Quotes you are submitting. These choices may be selected by clicking the appropriate tab.
RFQs
Clicking on the RFQs tab reveals a series of additional subcategories, as well as occupancy information.
Each subcategory heading lists the number of RFQs in that subcategory, showing at a glance where relevant information is kept. The subcategories are:
| Active: | Contains completed RFQs that have either been submitted for approval, or have cleared approval and are presently available for Users to view and submit quotes |
| Saved: | Contains incomplete RFQs that you haven't quite finished |
| Closed: | Contains RFQs whose quote window has passed, but have not received any quotes from Users |
| Ready for Awarding: | Contains RFQs whose quote window has passed, and have received at least one quote |
| Awarded: | Contains RFQs that you have awarded to a User |
Quoting
Clicking on the Quoting tab reveals a series of additional subcategories, as well as occupancy information.
Each subcategory heading lists the number of Quotes in that subcategory, showing at a glance where relevant information is kept. The subcategories are:
| Active: | Contains Active RFQs for which you have submitted a quote |
| Awarding: | Contains RFQs whose quoting window has closed, and have not yet been awarded |
| Won: | Contains RFQs where you have won the award |
| Lost: | Contains RFQs where another User won the award |
| Watches: | Contains RFQs that you have marked for tracking, but have not yet submitted a quote |
Within each subcategory, you see a listing of RFQs that reside within that category. Clicking on the listing takes you to the detail view for that listing. Please see the Search RFQs tour for more information on Project Details.
